What: Ate9 is excited to invite 10 exceptional dancers into the studio for a 6-day intensive week of class, creation, and discussion. Starting December 10th, Agami will be diving into creation of her new work for the full company, a blind LAdy. Agami is opening the doors to a group of advanced dancers interested in experiencing the life of an Ate9 dancer and being a part of an inspiring creation process.
When: Dec 10-15 or 17-22, 2018. 11am- 6pm. *Each week will include a separate group of 10 participants.
Where: Live Arts LA, 4210 Panamint St, Los Angeles, CA 90065
How much: $650 for the week, Monday-Saturday. *Includes $100 non-refundable deposit.

The course was highly productive, and packed with value. It was physically and mentally rigorous, and simultaneously supportive. I recommend this intensive only to dancers who are prepared to do deep work.

Creation of a blind LAdy
Be a part of the intense creation process and gain valuable insight into the captivating creative methods of renown choreographer and former Batsheva dancer Danielle Agami. Agami’s fast, intense methods take inspiration from all the bodies in the room, including yours! a blind LAdy will premier at the Wallis Annenberg Center in Beverly Hills in February 2019.

Spend time getting to know the Ate9 cast of dancers both on a personal and professional level. A brief portion of the time will be spent viewing the company rehearse other company rep and every day will include time to ask questions and watch how they work.
Daily Ate9 Company Class
Take class every morning with the entire Ate9 cast and invest in deep movement research with master Gaga teacher Danielle Agami.
Agami’s new Ballet Class
During select mornings Agami will teach a new ballet class she developed during a recent residency at the Center for Ballet and the Arts, NYU. The unique class is typically only offered to Ate9 company members.
